Building at 31 Calle de la Reina in Madrid (Spain), in the Centro district. It was designed in 1912 by the architect Joaquín Saldaña and built from 1912 to 1913 as a residential building. Calle Reina runs parallel to Madrid’s Gran Vía in a west-east direction, and bears that name in memory of Queen Margarita of Austria.
